About Us

Salem Hills Elementary School has a long history in Inver Grove Heights. Starting as a one-room school house in 1861, Salem Hills now offers preschool through 5th-grade to about 300 students. Another 100 students are enrolled in the Atheneum Gifted Magnet Program and the Early Childhood Special Education Preschool, which are both housed in the same building.
