Enhancing safety was a key part of our 2024 referendum. Now, dozens of updates have been made to further increase safety for our students, staff, and families.

Salem Hills teachers Sophie Polland and Jamie Lawless have released the next book in their Berry Kind Readers series: “The Wild Blueberry Learns Self Control.”

About Us
Salem Hills Elementary School has a long history in Inver Grove Heights. Starting as a one-room school house in 1861, Salem Hills now offers preschool through 5th-grade to about 300 students. Another 100 students are enrolled in the Atheneum Gifted Magnet Program and the Early Childhood Special Education Preschool, which are both housed in the same building.
